After a night of rough sea (thanks for the existence of pills against sea sickness!) we were looking forward to our first stop in Abu Dhabi, and so Tuesday morning we woke up already in the harbor of the capital of the United Arab Emirates. We didn’t make plans for the first day in Abu Dhabi in order to go explore the city. By the way, there surprisingly is no chaos at all when 1.700 people leave the ship. You can comfortably go ashore and they simply scan your board card at the exit (I already mentioned that everything works via this board card) and once you enter the ship again. Everything connected to your saved picture, so that no “blind passengers” enter the ship. The first stop on our Abu Dhabi to-do-list: The world famous Sheikh-Zayed Grand Mosque.
